About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Modern Apprentice to join our Lettings and Property Management team.

Working in a fast-paced office environment, you will provide administrative support across a range of lettings and property management activities while delivering excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, contractors, and other customers.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Updating our property management software
  • Maintaining property and tenancy records
  • Booking viewings
  • Assisting with tenant referencing and tenancy documentation
  • Helping with utility transfers at tenancy changeovers
  • Issuing inventories and inspection reports
  • Managing keys for contractors
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Responding to customers by telephone, email, and in person

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to gain practical workplace experience while working towards a Business and Administration Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 6, with the opportunity to develop a career within Lettings and Property Management. You do not need previous experience in Lettings or Property Management, as training and support will be provided. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop within the role.
