Responsibilities
- Organising and reviewing Trade Compliance documentation and files
- Checking export licence records, including: SIELs and OGELs, UK export licences German export licences and intra-community shipments & Australian licences
- Supporting documentation checks for 920CT shipments
- Verifying that all hard copy records are: accurately tracked and filed correctly Complete with all required supporting documentation
- Assisting with general administrative tasks related to compliance record-keeping
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and methodical approach
- Basic administrative experience
- Comfortable working with structured documentation and records
