We are currently looking for 2x Admin Assistants to join an engineering environment on a temporary basis.
Pay: £17.00 per hour – Umbrella
Hours: 6:00am – 4:30pm
Role: Temporary
Location: Engineering/industrial environment
The Role
You will be supporting the engineering team with general administration and data entry, working closely with engineers to gather accurate information and ensure records are kept up to date.

We’re Looking For
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous administration or data-entry experience
- Confident speaking with engineers and technical staff
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in an engineering/industrial environment
- Able to collect information from engineers and accurately input it into Excel and other systems
- Reliable, organised and proactive

Ideal Candidate
This role would suit someone who is confident using Excel and isn't afraid to approach engineers and ask questions to obtain the information required.

Salary: 16.99 - 17 GBP Per hour
