Are you highly organised, confident speaking with clients and looking for an opportunity to build your experience in a growing legal team?

We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to join our friendly and expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Liverpool, providing essential administrative support across a wide range of residential property matters.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as it continues to grow. You’ll play an important role in supporting clients from onboarding through to post-completion, helping to keep matters moving smoothly and ensuring clients receive a helpful, professional and responsive service throughout their conveyancing journey.

At Dutton Gregory, we aim to provide a supportive working environment where people work well together, take responsibility for their work and focus on delivering a reliable, helpful service to clients and colleagues. You’ll be joining a busy, growing team that supports one another day to day and is open to learning, improving and finding practical ways to do things better.

Some hybrid working will be available with this role; however, during the initial few months of training, you will be expected to be in the office most days.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Conveyancing team in respect of residential property matters.
  • Support client onboarding and assist with the progression of files through to post-completion.
  • Assist clients throughout the conveyancing process and respond to queries by phone and email.
  • Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring case management systems are kept up to date.
  • Dealing with post-completion matters and helping to ensure key tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide general administrative support to help the team operate efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
