Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and team-oriented administrator to join our Law & Governmental Affairs Department. This role provides administrative support across the UK, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic international legal and compliance environment.

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Law & Governmental Affairs Department to include:
    • Managing diaries and coordinating international travel arrangements.
    • Organising and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
    • Expense reporting
    • Tracking invoices and budgets
    • Supporting meeting administration, including preparing papers, agendas, and minutes.
    • Support compliance and company secretarial administrative tasks.
    • Ad hoc administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience providing administrative support to managers and/or teams.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating international travel arrangements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tasks with accuracy.
  • Strong judgement and sound decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong organisational, planning, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
