What is the job role?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to become the welcoming face of Grange Farm Primary School and play a key role in supporting our pupils, families, and staff.

As our Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and pupils, providing a professional and welcoming reception service while supporting the smooth running of the school office.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional individual who enjoys working with people and making a difference.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to prioritise competing tasks.
- Has strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Is confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Shares our commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and providing the very best outcomes for children.
