FM - Administrative Support Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and team-oriented administrator to join our Law & Governmental Affairs Department. This role provides administrative support across the UK, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic international legal and compliance environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Law & Governmental Affairs Department to include:
- Managing diaries and coordinating international travel arrangements.
- Organising and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
- Expense reporting.
- Tracking invoices and budgets.
- Supporting meeting administration, including preparing papers, agendas, and minutes.
- Support compliance and company secretarial administrative tasks.
- Ad hoc administrative duties.

Qualifications
- Proven experience providing administrative support to managers and/or teams.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating international travel arrangements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tasks with accuracy.
- Strong judgement and sound decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Strong organisational, planning, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
