An excellent opportunity for a bright, organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join a highly respected professional-services firm in central London.
This is a varied and hands-on role, providing administrative and office support across the business. You’ll work alongside a friendly and collaborative team, supporting colleagues across different departments and helping to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

- Providing general administrative and secretarial support across the business
- Coordinating meetings, diary invitations and meeting room bookings
- Preparing, formatting, scanning, copying, filing and managing documents
- Binding and comparing documents, including basic PDF manipulation
- Assisting with office supplies, post and general office administration
- Providing occasional reception cover, welcoming clients and visitors and answering calls professionally
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and personable, with a positive, flexible approach and strong attention to detail. Previous office or administrative experience is desirable, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. You’ll be confident communicating with people at all levels, comfortable managing multiple priorities and happy working both independently and as part of a team. Good Microsoft Office skills and a proactive “can-do” attitude are essential.
