Admin Assistant (Fully Remote)
Arrow Consultants | UK
Salary: £24,000–£27,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Arrow Consultants is a specialist recruitment consultancy working with businesses and professionals across the property and surveying sectors.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business and our recruitment team.
This role would suit someone who is organised, confident using computers and enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment.
What you'll be doing
You'll provide administrative support across the business, helping our consultants stay organised and ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
- Updating candidate and client information on our CRM system
- Formatting CVs and preparing candidate documents
- Uploading and updating job vacancies
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
- Responding to emails and general enquiries
- Answering and directing telephone calls where required
- Supporting consultants with interview arrangements
- Sending interview confirmations and other candidate communications
- Carrying out basic online research
- Preparing spreadsheets, reports and internal documents
- Helping maintain organised digital files and records
- Supporting with other day-to-day administrative tasks when required

Who we're looking for
Previous recruitment experience is not essential. Training on Arrow's systems and processes will be provided.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Has good written and verbal communication skills
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is confident using computers and online systems
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Can communicate professionally with candidates and clients
- Is reliable and punctual
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Takes responsibility for completing tasks accurately
- Is willing to learn and develop

Previous experience in administration, recruitment, customer service, office support or a similar role would be useful, but isn't essential.
