Linsco are currently looking for a Temporary Purchase Ledger and Payroll Assistant to join one of our clients' teams on a part-time basis.
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day finance and administration functions of the business. The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and confident handling invoices, payroll, and general administrative duties.
The Role
- Up to 16 hours per week.
- Working days and hours to be discussed.
- Temporary position.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and paying supplier invoices.
- Assisting with the weekly payroll and wages.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Completing general administrative tasks as required.
- Providing general support to the wider office team.

Requirements
- Previous experience in purchase ledger, payroll, or general finance administration.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Previous payroll experience is preferred.
