Aureos is seeking an Administrator to join our Team in Tiptree. This office-based role involves various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the depot.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Document management, contractual documentation and issuing contractual correspondence.
- Prepare Purchase, Plant and Subcontract orders to be sent out to Suppliers.
- Carry out document management and filing.
- Act as a focal point of contact to receive incoming enquiries and either handle or forward on to relevant personnel.
- Collate delivery notes and invoices and add to system.
- Raising work order requests, and amendments to current jobs.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- A high degree of personal initiative, responsibility and commitment coupled with integrity and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially.
- Ability to cope with urgency, pressure of work, prioritising and to remain flexible within a rapidly changing environment.
