About the Role
Driver Hire Perth is currently recruiting on behalf of our customer for a temporary Admin Assistant based in Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for on-going temporary work in a busy office environment. The role involves supporting the team with a variety of general administrative duties and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Filing and maintaining office records
- Data entry and general computer-based administration
- Assisting with document preparation and correspondence
- Managing emails and responding to routine enquiries
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration or office experience preferred
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Professional and friendly approach
What’s On Offer
- £14.25 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Immediate start available
