Premier Let is an established, family-run residential letting and property management business with offices in St Andrews and Glasgow. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, personal, and efficient service to landlords and tenants, supported by an experienced and dedicated team.

We are now looking for a reliable, organised, and confident Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our St Andrews office and provide essential support to the day-to-day running of the business.

About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience who is confident using computers and a range of standard office systems.

You will be organised, professional, and comfortable working independently, while supporting colleagues and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

  • Providing general administrative support across the business
  • Managing emails, correspondence, and telephone enquiries
  • Carrying out data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Organising files and maintaining effective office systems
  • Using computer software and online systems confidently and efficiently
  • Supporting general office administration and day-to-day tasks
  • Liaising professionally with colleagues, clients, and other contacts
  • Carrying out other reasonable administrative duties as required

To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Need

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good computer skills and confidence using IT systems
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable and professional approach
  • The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
  • A positive and flexible attitude to work

Working Hours & Pay

  • 18 hours per week, 3 days per week
  • £16.00 per hour
  • Specific working days and hours will be agreed with the successful candidate

Location Requirement

This position is based at our St Andrews office.
