Admin Assistant
A well-established property management company based in North West London is looking for an organised and reliable Admin Assistant to join its team.
This is a varied administrative role, ideal for someone who is detail-focused, confident dealing with external providers and councils, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
The role offers on-site parking and generous holidays.
Responsibilities
- Checking and processing supplier and contractor invoices
- Updating local councils and utility providers when tenants move into properties
- Dealing with utility-related queries and resolving issues with providers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date utility provider records
- Completing data entry and maintaining internal records
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with other office and property administration as required

Key Skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicating with councils, utility providers, and colleagues
- Comfortable working with data and administrative systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Previous property management or utilities experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
