Job Opportunity: Admin Assistant at Hopton C of E Primary Academy

Hopton C of E Primary Academy

  • Address: Hopton, Diss, Norfolk IP22 2QY
  • Salary: £24,795 - £28,142 per annum pro rata
  • Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 7.30am – 12pm
  • Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months, required as soon as possible
  • Reference: 5453

Hopton C of E Primary Academy are looking for a calm, friendly, team playing Admin Assistant who would like to be part of our school’s ethos to provide the very best for our children and their families. We have amazing children and a great team who work together to make our school the most exciting learning place to be.

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills (including proficiency with the Microsoft Office package), strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Admin experience, ideally in a school setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A flexible and proactive approach, being able to use initiative as required
  • Understanding of confidentiality
  • Strong organisational skills.
