A rare opportunity has arisen to join the team at Lift Lea Forest, an Outstanding primary school and winner of Primary School of the Year in the West Midlands.
About The Role
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistant to join our school team.
As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide effective, efficient support to keep the school running smoothly day to day. This will include managing communications with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders; maintaining accurate records, including school meal information; and providing reception and general administrative support.
You may also support the School Operations Manager and other colleagues with specific projects and activities across the school.
About You
We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable and able to provide a welcoming first point of contact for our school community.
You will understand that no two days in a busy school environment are quite the same, so a flexible and proactive approach is essential.
Ideally, You Will Have
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role within an office or administrative environment
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using general office systems and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to maintain accurate records and handle information appropriately
- A flexible approach and willingness to support the wider school team

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, with an immediate start.
