This volunteer programme provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to HR and administrative processes within a modern tech environment.

At Bincom Global Volunteer Programme, you’ll be part of a remote team where you’ll support day-to-day coordination, communication, and organisational processes while developing practical HR and administrative skills. This supportive environment is designed to help you build practical HR and operations skills while working with a global team, whether you’re a student, recent graduate, career changer, or someone interested in HR or operations.

What you’ll do

As an HR & Administrative Assistant, you’ll support the team in keeping operations organised and running smoothly while learning how HR and admin functions work in practice.
