Administrative Business Partner - Global Tech
Location: London, UK hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract: 12 months
Salary: £72,000 pa
We are recruiting an experienced Administrative Business Partner (ABP) / Senior Executive Assistant to join one of the world's leading global technology companies in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised professional with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders, managing complex calendars, scheduling and competing priorities.
- Coordinate international travel, detailed itineraries, expenses and budgets.
- Plan and deliver large-scale team events, leadership off-sites, meetings and internal programmes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the business.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support office operations, resource planning and internal projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and executive productivity.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Administrative Business Partner, Executive Assistant, Senior EA or Executive Business Partner.
- Previous experience in a global technology company, Big Tech or large multinational organisation is highly desirable.
- Strong experience supporting senior executives, Directors or VP-level leadership.
- Excellent calendar management, international travel coordination and expense management skills.
- Demonstrated experience organising large-scale corporate events, off-sites and leadership meetings.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate business needs and manage multiple priorities.
- High levels of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to details.
