An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Admin & Clerical Support Officer to join our friendly and dynamic Bladder & Bowel Specialist Service who aligns with our Trusts values being safe, compassion, effective, inclusive & trusted.

The successful candidate will be working closely in supporting the Clinical Lead and the wider Bladder & Bowel Specialist team when required. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will be supporting the lead with preparing reports, creating & maintaining spreadsheets & minute taking, along with general patient & service related tasks.

Purpose of the Role

To provide a high-quality administrative service as a member of the Administration team supporting North Bladder and Bowel Specialist Service through effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for confidential, accurate and efficient administrative support using established processes, IT systems and Netcall’s.
  • Support teams to co-ordinate patient pathways and visit allocation to deliver high quality patient care in the community.
  • Meet the administrative demands in a busy office environment.
