Admin Coordinator (12‑Month FTC - Maternity Cover)

Salary: £25,000-£27,000
Start Date: September 2026
Location: London
Contract: 12‑month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

A fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-driven administrator to join a specialist professional services team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role would suit someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and looking to build long-term experience within a high-performing client services environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the existing Document Services Coordinator to ensure the smooth, timely production of hearing transcripts and related documentation.
  • Become proficient in industry-specific software and transcription platforms.
  • Produce and format official judgments, rulings, and legal documentation.
  • Manage and process audio recordings, including editing and preparing files for transcript synchronisation.
  • Complete transcript amendments and errata updates accurately and within deadlines.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams across case management, operations, and technical delivery.
  • Communicate with solicitors, barristers, clerks, and court reporting teams, providing transcripts and ad-hoc support.
  • Carry out daily IT checks on hearing room equipment.
  • Maintain quality control processes and ensure accurate recording of workflow information.
