The Opportunity

Be at the heart of our operation in Chesterfield and work closely with M&S and Ocado!

Our team in Chesterfield have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Coordinator, where you will ensure smooth and efficient administration services to the operation, customers and management teams.

This role will see you working a fixed 4on 4off night shift, from 7pm to 7am.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting into the Administration Manager, you will work within our warehouse team where you will provide essential administration support to the site across our night shift, including data entry, maintaining accurate information, collating inbound and outbound documentation and supporting the wider operations team with any addition tasks.

This role will see you handling administration and documentation queries where you will respond in a timely and professional manner, updating spreadsheets and customer paperwork where you will liaise regularly with operational teams working closely within our warehouse, creating a cohesive and collaborative working environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in your application you will have proven administration experience, ideally within a warehousing or operational setting, however this is not essential. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who has excellent communication, collaboration and team working skills and a strong eye for detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you will manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Role Details

Salary: Up to £28,881.36 + Night Shift Allowance £3,500 per annum

Hours: 4on 4off night shift, from 7pm to 7am.

Location: Gist Ltd, Unit 2, Seymour Link Road, Woodthorpe, Mastin Moor, Chesterfield, S43 3FG
