We are currently looking for an Admin Hub Assistant to join our London office and become part of an award-winning global legal business. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across multiple Practice Groups, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our teams.

This is a full-time, office-based position in London, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning, printing, photocopying, and binding documents.
  • Managing document filing and archiving.
  • Handling post, courier deliveries, and original documents.
  • Uploading and transferring information to internal systems.
  • Responding to administrative requests from colleagues.
  • Providing general office and administrative support, while liaising with internal teams as required.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft systems.
  • Excellent administration / organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
  • A good team spirit with proven team working skills.
  • Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality of work.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in an admin/secretarial position (not essential).
  • Knowledge of relevant document and case management systems.
