General Description Of Duties
- Reporting to their own on time & Area Managers.
- Surprise visits with Site-Incharge & take their feedback and work on it.
- Should arrange Work Orders (W/O) for the Area Manager.
- Well groomed & maintain discipline & behave well with the client.
- Inform the office of new joining Supervisor or Area Manager.
Core Responsibility
- New recruitment of Supervisor & Area Manager.
- Monthly once each site meeting with workers & solve their queries.
- Reporting the to-do list of the Area Manager to Ajay Sir on a daily basis.
- Weekly thrice meeting with the Area Manager is compulsory.
- Monthly once meeting should be conducted with Supervisor & Area Manager, compulsory.

Terms & Conditions
- If a candidate wants to resign from the company, they have to inform 15 days in advance.
- Uniform amount is payable after completion of 1 year from the date of joining.
- Salary for the notice period will be paid as per the company salary schedule.
- If your work is not as per the expectation, VR has the rights to immediately discontinue with the candidate.
- 15 days of training amount will be deducted if the candidate leaves within 6 months of joining.
