Admin Officer
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee a wide range of administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help facilitate efficient office management, support team coordination, and enhance overall productivity. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, whether in person, via phone, or email.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, ensuring company software, data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Prepare presentations and documents utilizing Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to support internal and external communications.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.
- Assist with Accountancy, Finance & IT-related issues or coordinate with technical support to resolve system or hardware problems.
- Support onboarding processes for new staff members by organizing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu & Hindi is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other IT tools effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Prior experience working in an office environment with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management best practices.
