New Job Opportunity at Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland)
Location: Flexible
Work Pattern: Fixed Term, Time, 36 hours per week
Duration: Fixed-term or Secondment until 31st March 2028
About the Role
PSD Scotland is a new organisation formed by the unification of NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) and NHS Education for Scotland (NES). The Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals (NMAHP) Directorate within PSD Scotland seeks an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the public health programme. The role is part of the Business Support team and requires excellent organisational, communication, and digital skills.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within the Business Support team and across multiple workstreams to support the Public health programme and the wider NMAHP Directorate.
- Facilitate the implementation of agreed actions arising from meetings with the Senior leadership team.
- Lead and manage work across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business operations, including providing business support to meetings and production of formal minutes/action notes.
- Experience using Canva, Microsoft Loop, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting online webinars and/or in-person events.
- Ability to confidently lead and facilitate the implementation of agreed actions.
- High level of interpersonal, organisational, communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workloads, to meet strict deadlines.
