Our Company

Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS)

Established in December 2015 in West Midlands, UK, we are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross-border e-sellers and local online retailers in the UK with reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfillment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon, and other platforms.

Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways, as well as Goodcang, YunExpress, and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 18 warehouses in the UK, and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone, Derby, and Alfreton areas.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Admin Officer to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse materials, coordinating logistics, providing administrative support, and promoting safety management. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, law, or insurance, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to align their work with the company’s strategic goals. They will ensure efficient operations, compliance with safety standards, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

Job Types

  • Working hours: 176 hours per month. Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30 (flexibility required).
  • Contract type: Full time
  • Willingness to work in different locations based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fixed Cost Management: Responsible for the reimbursement of warehouse rent, property management fees, insurance, property tax, utilities (water, electricity, gas), and internet expenses, as well as property tax registration and exemptions.
  • Material Procurement and Consumables Management: Manage the procurement of warehouse packaging materials and loading/unloading supplies, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure a stable supply.
  • Routine Procurement: Responsible for purchasing office supplies, daily warehouse necessities, and overtime snacks, while regularly coordinating bulk procurement needs for various warehouses.
  • Equipment and Facility Management: Oversee equipment leasing, periodic maintenance, repairs, and annual inspections, and handle related expense reimbursements.
  • Warehouse Fire Safety Management: Supervise the regular inspection, updating, and maintenance of fire safety equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Insurance Management: Handle the purchase, annual renewal, and audit of warehouse insurance to ensure asset security.
  • Project Management: Participate in warehouse shelving installations and full-site engineering project management to ensure projects progress as planned.
  • Warehouse Inspection and Maintenance: Manage the repair and upkeep of warehouse facilities, including water and electrical systems, lighting, air conditioning, heating, and access control. Responsible for the annual inspection of 17 types of equipment, excluding forklifts.
  • Landlord Coordination: Maintain relationships with landlords, report and coordinate the resolution of warehouse issues, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have a valid visa to work in the UK for at least 1.5 years. The position offers the possibility of a skilled work visa.
  • Must have a car and driving license in the UK.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese, as this job requires communication with the HQ in China.
  • Demonstrates efficient administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exhibits strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, proficient in using office software.
  • Adopts a proactive attitude with an enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Can work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preferably has a background in engineering, law, or insurance.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving business change.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
