About the role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and bilingual Admin Officer to support our growing London team. In this role, you will serve as a vital operational anchor, focusing primarily on HR administrative support while also keeping our office and general administrative workflows running seamlessly.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses incredible attention to detail, and excels at handling sensitive employee documentation, visa sponsorship processes, and cross-functional administrative coordination. Because our platform moves at lightning speed, your ability to streamline operational tasks and support our bilingual workforce will be essential to supporting our rapid expansion across the UK and Europe.

What you'll own
- Track, monitor, and manage daily attendance reports, Out-of-Office (OOO) logs, and employee leave requests to ensure accurate operational record-keeping.
- Assist with employee visa application procedures, Right to Work checks, and official sponsorship documentation processes in compliance with UK immigration standards.
- Oversee, collect, and verify part-time employee timesheets, coordinating with line managers and finance/payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Support internal audit processes by accurately maintaining, archiving, and updating operational, HR, and compliance records.
- Act as an administrative bridge between HR, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and day-to-day office administrative workflows.
- Execute standardised routine administrative duties, including vendor coordination, document filing, office supply tracking, and general daily administrative support.
What you'll bring
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required for this role to effectively coordinate across internal teams.
- 1+ years of experience in an Administrative, HR Assistant, or Operations Support role.
- Strong organisational skills with a proven track record of managing timesheets, attendance systems, and routine administration meticulously.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential HR documentation and employee data.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and multi-tasking abilities within a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Nice to haves
- Prior administrative experience with UK employee visa/sponsorship processes or right-to-work compliance.
- Working knowledge of UK employment admin practices or foundational HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3).
- Deep interest in the "Super App" business model and the evolving global platform economy.
