Admin Officer Coordinator – At Home Services

About the Role

You will be part of a team that works collaboratively to deliver high-quality support to our clients. You’ll engage positively in all interactions, responding promptly and reliably to enquiries and assisting clients with routine needs when required. With a strong focus on your administration responsibilities, you will contribute to efficient, consistent service delivery across the division while helping ensure clients feel well supported. This is a full-time position based in our office in Elderslie, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

About You

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Strong background in office administration with exceptional organisational capability
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Demonstrated numeracy skills, including experience in banking reconciliations, processing accounts payable, receivable and payment documentation
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Capacity to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Competence in MS Word, Excel and Outlook with strong general computer literacy
