About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support professional to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day site and warehouse operations by providing administrative coordination, procurement assistance, supplier management, and operational support. The position helps ensure smooth facility operations, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient site and warehouse activities.
  • Support supplier and service provider management, including sourcing new vendors, cost comparison, and ongoing coordination.
  • Assist with procurement processes such as purchase requests, office supplies, equipment purchases, and operational materials.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse consumables inventory and support daily purchasing requirements.
  • Manage fixed asset administration including asset registration, tagging, distribution, tracking, and disposal coordination.
  • Support financial administration including invoice processing, AP requests, expense submissions, and record keeping.
  • Maintain contracts, departmental documentation, and administrative records including approval and filing processes.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication and support site staffing, inspections, safety-related activities, and reporting.
  • Assist with site projects, new warehouse setup support, and employee welfare or site-related events.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in administrative support, operations coordination, logistics, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and administrative systems.
  • Language: Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, or site operations.
  • Experience working with procurement, supplier coordination, or asset management processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management systems (WMS).
