Admin Support (Clinical Administration Services)

£25,272 pro rata per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Radiology Admin Support Team at the Tees Valley Community Diagnostic Centre (TVCDC). We are seeking a professional, patient-focused individual to provide evening reception cover, working Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 8:00pm (22.5 hours per week).

As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service, confirming appointments, updating Radiology and outpatient systems, directing patients to appropriate areas, responding to enquiries, and supporting the smooth running of evening diagnostic services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with Radiographers and the wider multidisciplinary team.
    • Ensure accurate records are maintained.
    • Communicate any queries, delays, or concerns appropriately.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills who can demonstrate a compassionate and professional approach. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
