The DWF Costs Team is hiring for an Admin Support position, based remotely across England. This role gives you the opportunity to take the next step of your Administrative career path with one of the leading legal and business services providers. You will help support the team's fee-earners, reporting to the Operations Manager and Coordinator, with the potential for career progression down the line. The workload in this role will provide a unique administration experience, where as a member of a team of 60, you will have work that is tailored to your skillset. This will bring a new level of variation and complexity to your work, preventing your burnout from a repetitive workload.
Responsibilities
- Complete MI when booking in and setting up files and when required by the operational team and fee earners.
- Prioritise urgent tasks and organise work efficiently and effectively to ensure client service level agreements and deadlines are met.
- Draft and prepare Court documents for fee earners (e.g. Notice of Changes / Part 8 acknowledgments) and submit documents via Courts E-filing system or email.
- Prepare bundles for Costs fee earners as and when requested.
- To communicate in an efficient and concise manner internally within the firm and externally to Court and Clients.
- An ability to work on different case management systems and IT software.
- To work well as a team and be proactive in completing all tasks.
- Partake in any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the DWF business as and when required.
- To follow all the Firm's policies and procedures.
- To ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.

What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Previous experience in a legal environment.
- Previous experience in an Administrative position.
- The ability to prioritise and handle your workload in a busy environment.
- Proficient Computer Literacy
