Kenny Waste Management - Administration Apprentice

About the Role

Kenny Waste Management is seeking an apprentice to join their administration department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to enter the business, gain new skills, and learn about various aspects within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the small office team and learn from each department, including:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office team
    • Gain exposure to multiple business functions across the Commercial Waste division
    • Assist the Sales Support team with preparing quotes, updating records, and handling enquiries
    • Support Customer Service by responding to customer queries and resolving basic issues
    • Learn and assist with Supply Chain processes, including coordinating collections and deliveries
    • Help with Broker Administration, including data entry, document management, and compliance checks
    • Support Service Administration tasks such as scheduling, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems and databases
    • Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
    • Participate in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme
    • Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements at all times
