We are seeking a motivated, professional individual to join our Customer Service and Administration team, providing high-quality support to technical, engineering, and operational colleagues.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will manage internal/external emails and incoming calls, so excellent communication skills, a positive approach, strong organization, and a confident telephone manner are essential. You should be able to work well within a team, use your initiative, and show commitment to personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data capture for equipment inventory, updates, data entry, and uploading service or repair reports.
- Coordinate contractor bookings, liaising with departments and technical teams to ensure equipment is available with minimal impact on patient care.
- Oversee Provisit, ensuring contractors follow site requirements and have correct documentation for legal and insurance purposes.
- Support processing orders requested by technical team leaders and managers.
- Provide effective administration duties, booking & coordinating service visits, call handling, data inputting, email coordination, and other administrative duties.

Requirements
- Previous office-based experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other software systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The personality to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with users of the service, particularly our external partners and suppliers.
- Provide a friendly and approachable service, delivering a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to effectively work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
- Proven organizational skills and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
