Admin Support Officer
£15.59 per hour
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract until 31st March 2027
Primarily Remote Working – Wales based
We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support Officer to join a well-established public sector organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Although this role is primarily remote, applicants must be based in Wales as occasional attendance at office locations and meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Attending meetings and accurately recording minutes.
- Producing and distributing meeting notes and action logs.
- Monitoring and tracking actions to ensure timely completion.
- Liaising with a variety of internal stakeholders to gather, collate, and verify information.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to teams and projects.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Supporting the smooth delivery of departmental objectives and activities.

About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Strong minute-taking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
