Administrator

The Opportunity

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team supporting the delivery of a planned works programme in Dartford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in supporting operational teams, residents, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. You will be at the heart of the project, ensuring documentation, communications, and project administration activities are managed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the site management and project teams.
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation and records.
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices where required.
  • Updating internal systems, trackers, and databases.
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries.
  • Supporting resident liaison activities and maintaining accurate communication records.
  • Producing reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, and general correspondence.
  • Ensuring all project files and records are maintained in line with company procedures.
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and auditing requirements.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an Administration, Project Administrator, Site Administrator, or Office Administrator position.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working within construction, social housing, repairs, maintenance, planned works, or a similar project environment would be advantageous.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • A proactive and positive approach to supporting project delivery.
