This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Admin/Business Support based in United Kingdom.
This is a part-time remote opportunity focused on supporting business development through structured outbound outreach and partnership appointment setting. You’ll connect with branding and web-design agencies, introduce partnership opportunities, and create qualified conversations for the client. The role combines cold calling, relationship building, objection handling, follow-up, and lead administration. You’ll work with provided prospect lists while keeping accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes. Success requires consistency, confidence, professional communication, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. The position offers flexible contracted hours and the opportunity to grow your responsibilities based on performance.
Accountabilities
- Conduct consistent outbound B2B calls to branding and web-design agencies using client-provided prospect lists.
- Introduce partnership and referral opportunities clearly while maintaining a natural, conversational approach.
- Follow approved scripts while adapting conversations to prospects' needs and questions.
- Handle routine objections and inquiries confidently, escalating or redirecting more complex matters when appropriate.
- Make multiple follow-up attempts with prospects who are initially unavailable or require additional engagement.
- Identify interested and qualified prospects and pass relevant opportunities to the client for further development.
- Schedule follow-up conversations or appointments when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate call logs, prospect statuses, follow-up activities, and outreach outcomes.
- Track activity and performance using Google Sheets, with potential transition to HubSpot as processes develop.
- Provide regular updates on outreach volume, conversations, follow-ups, qualified opportunities, and results.
- Support prospect research and list-building activities as the engagement expands.
- Represent the client professionally and consistently while working within agreed timelines, processes, and deliverables.

Requirements
- Previous outbound cold-calling experience is required, with B2B calling or appointment-setting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong spoken English with a native or near-native level of fluency and a professional telephone presence.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections, build rapport, and maintain productive conversations with prospects.
- Experience managing lead tracking, follow-up activities, and outreach records.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets is required; experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Voice or a similar VoIP platform, email, and calendar tools.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, agency services, or partnership development is beneficial.
- Confident, energetic, conversational communication style with the ability to represent a professional service offering effectively.
- Comfortable making repeated outbound calls and maintaining persistence without becoming overly aggressive.
- Ability to work from a script while keeping conversations authentic and engaging.
- Strong self-motivation, consistency, organization, and follow-through when working remotely.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining clear communication and accountability with the client.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and provide overlap with EST hours during onboarding.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and processes.
