Administrative Business Partner
This is an opportunity to bring that impact to a fast-moving global technology environment, supporting leaders and teams whose time, focus and decisions matter. You will combine first-class executive support with team operations, events and project delivery, using judgement and discretion to keep complex work moving. This is broader than diary management. You will anticipate conflicts, create structure through ambiguity and become a trusted point of coordination across leaders, teams, workplace partners and external vendors.
The Offer
- Role will start on a 6-month contract
- Salary of £56,000 pa
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at Central London office
What you will own
- Complex calendar management across competing priorities and time zones, including proactive planning and conflict resolution.
- Executive and team meetings, from rooms, attendees and agendas through to presentation materials and follow-up.
- End-to-end business travel and preparation, with calm, responsive handling of urgent changes.
- Accurate expenses, invoices and purchase-order activity, completed in line with policy.
- Team offsites, business events and site initiatives, coordinating budgets, logistics, vendors and delivery.
- Small-to-medium projects, workspace requirements and operational improvements that help the team work effectively.

What you will bring
- At least four years' experience in an Administrative Business Partner, Executive Assistant or comparable senior support role.
- Evidence of supporting demanding leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation; global technology or a comparably scaled environment is highly relevant.
- Strong calendar, travel, meeting and expense-management capability, with an instinct for detail and follow-through.
- Excellent judgement and discretion, including confidence handling sensitive information with limited guidance.
- Clear, credible communication and the ability to build rapport across different functions and levels of seniority.
- A practical, composed approach when priorities shift, information is incomplete or a plan needs to change quickly.
