About Us

Joma is one of the world's leading sportswear brands, supplying professional clubs, national teams, universities, schools, running events and grassroots organisations across the globe. As part of our continued growth throughout Scotland, we are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Brand Manager to further develop the Joma brand and strengthen our presence across multiple sporting sectors.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and passionate individual to become a key part of our UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing brand awareness, developing strategic partnerships, supporting key accounts and identifying new business opportunities across football, rugby, athletics, education and other sporting markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand growth strategies across specific territory
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with sports clubs, governing bodies, universities and events.
  • Support existing key accounts to maximise growth and brand engagement.
  • Work closely with teamwear providers and retail partners.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking opportunities and product launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on local campaigns and activations.
  • Deliver presentations and partnership proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent Joma professionally across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience within sportswear, teamwear, sporting goods, brand management or sales.
  • Previous teamwear industry experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the club, education and sports teamwear market.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Passion for sport and understanding of the UK sporting landscape.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Commercially driven with strong organisational skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience working with clubs, governing bodies or sporting organisations would be advantageous.
