YOUR ROLE

Our Brentwood based operation is looking for an Administration and Compliance Coordinator to join the team where you will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of all people and finance administration, including payroll and employee files.

This is a Monday to Friday role - 08:30 to 16:30.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Ensure purchase orders and financial administration are accurate, timely and compliant with company procedures.
  • Support a strong health, safety and environmental culture, ensuring compliance with CEVA, legal and client standards.
  • Completing site administration, personnel records, payroll, purchasing and other operational processes.
  • Support with weekly and monthly reports, providing accurate information to management and central functions.
  • Support with driving continuous improvement, implementing CEVA and client standards and sharing best practice across the operation.
  • Support with site compliance, statutory inspections, PPM and contractor controls, escalating any risks or non-conformance.
  • Support effective people management, including absence management, employee administration and HR processes.
  • Maintain clear communication across transport, warehouse and client teams, ensuring effective day-to-day coordination.
  • Support with HSEQ and TCA audits.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally with exposure to payroll and personnel processes. Experience in working in a fast-paced logistics or 3PL environment, would be beneficial.

  • You should have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment, along with confidence in handling data and producing clear, accurate reports.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, are essential, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, make sound decisions when required, and demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to their work.
