About The Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Liverpool to support the operations of our Pump Rental business.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys administrative tasks and is happy to support on a number of ad hoc activities. Every day is different as the Selwood pumps arrive from all different areas of the country, are serviced and sent back to their respective branches with the Administrative Assistant supporting the operations.
For this role, you'll be a confident self starter, with the ability and willingness to learn and develop your skills.

Main Responsibilities
- Organising and recording of Selwood equipment arriving and leaving the branch
- Controlling stores administration
- Raising purchasing orders and dealing with suppliers
- Ensuring all Workshop paperwork is correct at point of issue
- Entering weekly timesheets into system
- Processing of invoices
Qualifications And Experience
- A background within administration
- Competent with Microsoft Office Programmes
- Able to use databases
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate confidently in both email and via the phone.
- Flexible to take on additional administration tasks.
