Description

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to kick start their career within the claims management area.

It specifically involves creating new claims on our claims management system, reviewing & prioritising incoming correspondence and carrying out any other associated daily administrative tasks and activities which require urgent attention.

Key Accountabilities

  • Input new claims onto the claims management system within a set time frame
  • Reviewing incoming post and e-mails & adding them to the system for the file handler to review
  • Closing settled files and archiving them
  • Dealing with any urgent administrative work
  • To ensure compliance with the SRA Standards and Regulations

Working Hours

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. This is a hybrid role working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.
