The Royal Sutton School

The Royal Sutton School is looking to appoint a highly organised, friendly and professional Administration Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support for our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision.

This is an important role within the school, supporting the effective coordination and administration of SEND processes and helping to ensure that pupils, families and staff receive a responsive and well-organised service.

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and able to work with accuracy and discretion, particularly when handling confidential and sensitive information. You will need excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy school environment.

The role

As our SEND Admin Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the school's SEND team. This will include maintaining accurate pupil records, coordinating SEND documentation and meetings, preparing paperwork, updating systems and supporting communication with parents, carers and external professionals. You will work closely with colleagues across the school to ensure that SEND administration is completed efficiently, accurately and within required timescales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
