- Salary: £24,414 - £25,185 per annum, pro rata
- Hours: 16 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9.15am – 12:45pm, Friday, 8:30am – 3.15pm. 39 weeks per year (term time only)
- Contract: Permanent, required from 12 October 2026.

Trinity CEVAP School is seeking to appoint an engaging and friendly professional Administrative Assistant to join our team of dedicated, hardworking and caring staff. You will be joining the team as part of the welcoming face of our school.
You will:
- Be the first point of contact for parents, pupils and all who visit the school
- Have maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above
- Be a good communicator, with a good telephone manner
- Possess good organizational skills
- Respect the confidentiality of the role, working within the school policies
- Be able to work in a team, and be able to use your initiative
- Have a willingness to undertake any necessary training
