JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Role Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using various software applications.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as required.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Organize and maintain a tidy and professional office environment.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned by management.
About You
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and adaptable with a positive and professional attitude.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Right to work in the UK.
