Location: Motherwell
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Driving Licence: Essential

The Role
As an Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the business, providing essential support and helping to keep operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, ensuring processes are efficient and customers receive a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining organised filing systems and accurate records.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules for the wider team.
- Preparing reports and supporting administrative projects.
- Responding to client enquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Liaising with different departments to ensure a smooth and seamless workflow.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider business as required.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from individuals who are enthusiastic, team-oriented and eager to build a long-term career. You'll ideally have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly within Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support colleagues when needed.
