About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and organised person to take ownership of our daily post, printing and court administration.

This is a practical, process-led, part-time role based in our Richmond office, Monday to Friday. The provisional working hours are 9:30am–2:30pm or 10am–3pm.

The role would suit someone looking for stable, consistent part-time work who enjoys following clear processes, keeping things organised and making sure important tasks are completed accurately and on time.

You will play an important part in supporting our customers’ cases by processing court correspondence, preparing and sending documents and keeping our systems and records up to date.

This is a permanent, part-time role, fully office-based in Richmond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the team’s daily incoming and outgoing post, ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time.
  • Scan, name and file documents in the right customer folders.
  • Process court correspondence, such as sealed orders and hearing notices, and send customers the relevant letters.
  • Keep an eye on the court inbox and prioritise anything urgent, including hearings, deadlines and final orders.
  • Collect completed e-signed documents and prepare signed orders for court.
  • Print, collate and post documents, checking everything is enclosed, and take outgoing post to Richmond Post Office when needed.
  • Update our systems (HubSpot, Delivery Portal and Spring) and customer files on the same day.
  • Identify anything unusual, urgent or outside the standard process and escalate it promptly.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and handle sensitive personal and legal information carefully.
  • Support other routine office administration, including printing, scanning and document management.
  • Occasionally complete other straightforward administrative tasks or make brief process-related calls, following appropriate training.

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping important administrative processes running smoothly.

  • Reliable, punctual and able to commit to consistent weekday hours.
  • Organised and comfortable taking ownership of a structured daily workload.
  • Careful and thorough, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable following detailed processes consistently.
  • Confident working independently once trained, while knowing when to ask for help.
  • Able to recognise when a court document, hearing or deadline needs urgent attention.
  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, shared folders, printers, scanners and online systems.
  • Discreet and responsible when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Clear and professional when communicating with colleagues.
  • Calm and able to reorganise your work when an urgent item arrives.
  • Someone who enjoys practical administrative work and the satisfaction of completing it accurately and on time.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in legal administration, court correspondence, post-room work or document management.
