Administration Assistant

Location: London

Description

As an Administration Assistant at Foster + Partners, you’ll play a key role in keeping our senior leadership and project teams running seamlessly, managing everything from complex diaries and international travel to meetings, communications, and studio coordination. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role where your organisation, discretion, and proactive mindset will make a real impact every day.

This role is ideal if you want to:

  • Manage complex schedules, travel, and meetings in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Take ownership of a varied workload where no two days are the same.
  • Build relationships across teams and work closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Suggest and implement new initiatives to support the development of the role as required.
  • Work in a role that values precision, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Proven experience managing busy diaries, meetings, and international travel logistics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure and conflicting demands.
  • Smart and professional dress and personal presentation at all times, acting as an ambassador on behalf of Foster + Partners.
  • Confident communication skills with a professional, diplomatic manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of management and staff both internally and externally.
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
