As our Administration Assistant, you will provide essential office support, helping to ensure that daily operations run efficiently while delivering a professional experience for clients and colleagues.

- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Welcome clients and visitors, providing a professional first impression.
- Process incoming and outgoing post, including banking cheques.
- Prepare refreshments for clients and maintain reception and meeting areas.
- Scan, file and manage documents accurately using our systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team to keep work flowing efficiently.
The Person
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is happy working as part of a busy office team.

- Previous administration or office experience is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional, friendly, and confident when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Reliable, proactive, and keen to learn and support the wider team.
