We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the team at U-Drive!

Reporting into the Fleet Sales Manager, you will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, and will assist the current Fleet Admin team. The successful candidate will be a positive and friendly individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.

About the Role

Assist with:

  • Completing the administration process of adding and removing vehicles from the rental fleet
  • Keeping our rental system up to date with current vehicle groups
  • Ensuring new vehicles are also uploaded to our recovery provider
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding new vehicle deliveries
  • Processing spare keys for our fleet of over 4000 vehicles
  • The administration process of selling vehicles (processing V5Cs etc)
  • Answering the telephone and speaking to customers
  • Keeping other departments up to date on fleet additions or defleets
  • Ensuring all vehicles are correctly taxed
  • Direct marketing of our ‘trade only’ vehicle sales platform
  • Administering workload for the sign-writing team
  • Book any work required for sale vehicles before they can be sold

This is a full-time position working 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm.

  • Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office
