PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role of the Administrative Assistant is to support the scenic workshop team by coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, and assisting with scheduling, purchasing, and communication across departments.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Create and amend PO`s, and booking out of materials, crew and
  • Liaising with carpenters for event briefs and
  • Book transportation for Scenic team members to site as
  • Answer phones, handle enquiries, and delegate to the appropriate team member as
  • Assist with supplier relationships with attention to budget and time sensitive
  • Communicating with Project Managers to ensure Scenic pullsheets are sent on
  • Help keep H&S files / reports up to
  • Help keep stock Inventory
  • General everyday office work and assisting in
